The website www.leelalab.it offers free delivery for orders over €39.00 across Italy. Deliveries of orders under €39.00 will be charged at €5.90.
For deliveries in the EU and the UK, LeelaLab (www.leelalab.it) guarantees free delivery for orders over €49.00. Deliveries of orders under €49.00 will be charged at €10.90.
All orders are prepared, packed, and shipped as soon as possible.
On average, orders are processed within 2/3 working days from receiving the order.
Returns and Refunds:
Order cancellations may be submitted via email to info@leelalab.it quoting the order number and the name and colour of the product to be returned. Download the form here.
Customers may return products and request a refund within 15 days from the date the order was received. Regardless of the reason for the return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be complete with all parts;
- Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- Products must be returned in their original packaging;
When a product is returned, only the price of the product will be refunded (any additional costs for delivery will not be refunded). Customers must return Products to LeelaLab using a courier of their choice and cover all costs to return the Products.
Once the return has been processed, an automatic email confirming the refund will be sent to the customer. It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to reach the customer from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds will be processed automatically using the same method of payment used to pay for the original order. In the case of payments made via bank transfer, refunds may take up to 5 - 10 working days to be credited on the customer’s account, depending on the bank.
