The website www.leelalab.it offers free delivery for orders over €39.00 across Italy. Deliveries of orders under €39.00 will be charged at €5.90.
For deliveries in the EU and the UK, LeelaLab (www.leelalab.it) guarantees free delivery for orders over €49.00. Deliveries of orders under €49.00 will be charged at €10.90.
All orders are prepared, packed, and shipped as soon as possible.
On average, orders are processed within 2/3 working days from receiving the order.

However, if you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the items within 14 days from the order date. We kindly ask you to specify the reason for the return—your feedback is valuable and helps us improve our products!
How to request a return?
1. Send a return request by emailing info@leelalab.it, including your order number.
2. Download, complete and include the return form inside the package. The form is mandatory for both returns and exchanges. Download the form here.
2. If you want to request a size or color exchange, clearly specify the desired size or color next to each iteam on the form.

Costs and Conditions
- The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in the case of faulty products, which will be assessed upon receipt before a refund is processed.
- You will only be liable for any reduction in the item's value resulting from improper use beyond what is necessary to examine its nature, features, and functionality.
- To comply with the return deadline, simply submit your request before the 14-day period expires.
- Initial shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned. In case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded.
After the return:
Once your return has been received and verified, you may choose between two options:
- Refund for the returned product.
- Size or color exchange: in this case, you will need to place a new order. Shipping costs for the new order will be at your expense.
What are the return conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with no signs of wear or damage.
- For hygiene reasons, sealed products or intimate items (such as briefs) cannot be returned.
- Personalized or modified items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are made exclusively for you and are not suitable for resale.
- If you purchased a set, it must be returned in its entirety. Partial returns of individual pieces will not be accepted.
